Abstract

Zbog sve veće potrebe za sažimanjem genoma poradi smanjenja porstora potrebnog za pohranu istoga. Ovaj rad se bavi SCCG algoritmom za sažimanje skupa genoma pomoću referentnog genoma. U radu će se predstaviti implementacija ovoga algoritma, kompresija genoma i dekompresija genoma.

Abstract (english)

Due to the growing need to compress the genome due to the reduction of the space required to store it. This paper deals with the SCCG algorithm for genome set compression using a reference genome. The paper will present the implementation of this algorithm, genome compression and genome decompression.
