Abstract

S ciljem što boljeg iskorištenja hidropotencijala u slučajevima manjeg pada i varijabilnog protoka, Končar – Generatori i motori razvija sinkrone generatore s permanentnim magnetima koji će na mrežu biti spojeni preko frekvencijskog pretvarača i na taj način omogućiti rad na različitim brzinama vrtnje i praćenje točke maksimalne korisnosti. Izvedbom potopljenih agregata ukinuta je strojarnica, a zamjenom uzbudnog namota permanentnim magnetima smanjeni rotorski gubici. U ovom radu opisan je osnovni princip rada i primjena strojeva s permanentnim magentima te predstavljen spomenuti proizvedeni generator kao objekt ispitivanja. Predstavljena je ispitna stanica te osnovni pricipi rada korištene mjerne opreme. Dokumentirani su postupci i rezultati ispitivanja u tijeku proizvodnje te na gotovom objektu izvršeni u skladu s nacionalnim i međunarodnim normama i standardima.

Abstract (english)

To accomplish better utilization of hydro potential in cases of low head and variable flow, Končar – Generators and Motors developed synchronous generators with permanent magnets which will be connected to the grid by frequency converters to enable running at different rotation speeds and following the maximal efficiency point. With the form of submersible aggregates, there is no need for machine room and usage of permanent magnets instead of excitation winding reduces rotor losses. This study presents the main principle of work and application of machines with permanent magnets. Produced generator mentioned above is presented as testing object. Test station and the main principles of work of used measuring equipment are described. Procedures and results of tests during the production and on the final object are documented. All tests are done according to relevant international and national norms and standards.
