Abstract

Upravljanje kanalizacijskim sustavima ključno je za normalno funkcioniranje i sigurnost urbanih područja. Klasični princip u upravljanju kanalizacijskim sustavima je histerezno upravljanje on-off crpkama.
U razmatranom kanalizacijskom sustavu, histerezno upravljanje stavlja fokus na regulaciju brzine vrtnje motora crpke dok modelsko prediktivno upravljanje generira sekvencu optimalnih upravljačkih signala kako bi se sustav ponašao u skladu s ograničenjima . Sustav je moguće automatizirati pomoću PLC tehnologije te nadgledati njegov rad pomoću SCADA sustava.

Abstract (english)

Managing sewage systems is crucial for the normal functioning and safety of urban areas. The classical principle in managing sewage systems is hysteresis control of on-off pumps. In the considered sewage system, hysteresis control focuses on regulating the motor pump speed, while model predictive control generates a sequence of optimal control signals to make the system behave within the constraints. The system can be automated using PLC technology and its operation can be monitored using SCADA system.
