Abstract
Polazna točka za istraživanja sadržana u ovoj radnji bio je poznat elektrotehnički problem: na početak beskonačnog električnog voda priključi se u nekom momentu napon koji je zadan kao funkcija vremena. Onda će se uzduž toga voda širiti elektromagnetički val. Za rješavanje ovog problema mogu se upotrijebiti razne metode, tako npr. tzv. Reimannova metoda. Pri tom se u toku rješavanja mogu dobiti zanimljivi integralni teoremi Basselovih funkcija, koji su specijalni slučajevi mnogo općenitijih takvih teorema, kojima ćemo se baviti u ovoj radnji.
