Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu projektiran je magnetski senzor. Magnetski senzor se sastoji od zavojnice, sklopovskog dijela i grafičkog korisničkog sučelja pomoću kojeg se upravlja mjerenjem i očitavaju rezultati. Senzor omogućava mjerenje jakosti magnetskih polja do 1 A/m u frekvencijskom rasponu od 100 kHz do 200 kHz. Zavojnica na ulazu magnetskog senzora inducira napon proporcionalan jakosti i frekvenciji magnetskog polja. Inducirani napon se pojačava, linearizira i ispravlja u istosmjerni napon u mjernom lancu. Mjerni lanac sastoji se od više blokova. Opisana je funkcija i karakteristike svakog bloka u mjernom lancu. Dimenzije zavojnice su proračunate na temelju zahtjeva za frekvenciju mjerenog signala i jakosti magnetskog polja. Rezultati mjerenja s izvorom izmjeničnog signala na ulazu u senzor odgovaraju teorijskim vrijednostima. Magnetski senzor ima pojačanje 22,4 dB i konstantan pad od 20 dB/ dekadi potreban za lineariziranje frekvencijski ovisno naponskog odziva zavojnice. Rezultati mjerenja s zavojnicom nisu u skladu s teorijskim vrijednostima, a razlog tome je magnetsko polje zavojnice koju smo koristili kao generator magnetskog polja koje na zavojnici magnetskog senzora inducira napon koji ne raste s 20 dB/dekadi.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis a magnetic sensor is designed. The magnetic sensor consists of a induction coil, hardware and graphical user interface for control and reading of measurement results. The sensor allows measurements of magnetic fields up to 1 A / m in the frequency range of 100 kHz to 200 kHz. The coil at the input of the magnetic sensor produces a voltage proportional to the intensity and frequency of the magnetic field. The induced voltage is amplified, linearized and rectified to DC voltage in the measuring chain. The measuring chain consists of several blocks. The characteristics and function of each block in the measurement chain is described. Dimensions of the induction coil are calculated based on the frequency and strength of the magnetic field. Results of measurements with an AC signal at the input of the sensor corresponds to the theoretical values. The magnetic sensor has 22.4 dB gain and a constant decrease of 20 dB/decade required for linearization of coil frequency dependent voltage response. The measurement results with induction coil are not in accordance with the theoretical values, because voltage of induction coil of magnetic field meter does not grow with the 20 dB/decade.
