Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje izradu i mogućnosti jednostavne desktop aplikacije za vizualizaciju podataka dobivenih sekvenciranjem DNA. Prvi dio rada u detalje objašnjava biološku pozadinu rada te tipove podataka koji se koriste, dok drugi dio sadrži detaljna objašnjena funkcionalnosti i izgleda aplikacije popraćena relevantnim slikama. U radu se također pojašnjava tehnološka pozadina kako je sam program izveden. Nakon čitanja, korisnik ima puni uvid u način funkcioniranja programa, te kako ga koristiti.
Abstract (english)
This paper describers the development and capabilities of a simple desktop application for visualizing the data obtained by DNA sequencing. The first part of the paper explains in detail the biological background of the paper and the types of data used, while the second part contains detailed explanations of the functionalities and the appearance of the application accompanied by relevant images. Every segment of the application is closely described and the technological background of how the program was implemented is also explained. After reading, the user has full insight into how the program works and how to use it.
