Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je izrada mobilne aplikacije koja očitava i provjerava status registarskih oznaka u stvarnom vremenu korištenjem mobilnog uređaja koji pokreće operacijski sustav Android. Za prepoznavanje i obradu fotografija registarskih oznaka korištena je programska knjižnica OpenCV koja sadrži algoritme računalnog vida. Kao izvor podataka korišten je poslužitelj Hrvatskog ureda za osiguranje. U radu je prikazana implementacija programskog ostvarenja u programskim jezicima Java i... More Python. Abstract (english)

The topic of this final paper is the development of a mobile application that reads and checks the status of license plates in real time using a mobile device running the Android operating system. The OpenCV software library, which contains computer vision algorithms, was used to recognize and process license plate photographs. The server of the Croatian Insurance Bureau was used as the data source. The paper presents the implementation of a program realization in the Java and Python... More programming languages.
