Abstract

Pristup dizajniranju stanice za automatski hidroponski uzgoj je započeo 3D modeliranjem stanice u programu Fusion 360. Napravljeni model je pružio referencu za daljnje sklapanje fizičkog modela. Kako bi se kontrolirala konstantna temperatura i osvijetljenost korištene su elektroničke komponentne: temperaturni senzor DS18B20, grijač za vodu Aquael Platinum 75 W, relej, rasvjetno tijelo Vaxer i foto osjetljivi otpornik. Prikazan je način spajanja svih komponenti u funkcionalnu cjelinu. Središnji kontrolni sistem je Arduino Uno. Arduino Uno je pločica s mikro kontrolerom ATmega328P na koju se preko digitalnih ulazno/izlaznih pinova i analognih ulaza, spajaju sve komponente. Programsko rješenje je napravljeno uz pomoć Arduino IDE, što je integrirano razvojno okruženje za Arduino pločice. Odabrana hidroponska kultura je zelena salata. Svojom lakoćom uzgoja pogodna je za učenje o hidroponskim sistemima.

Abstract (english)

Design of a station for automatic hydroponic cultivation began with 3D modeling of the station in the Fusion 360 program. The created model provided a reference for further assembly of the physical model. To control the constant temperature and brightness, electronic components were used: DS18B20 temperature sensor, Aquael Platinum 75 W water heater, relay, Vaxer luminaire and photo-sensitive resistor. Thesis disseminates how to connect all the components into a functional unit. The central control system used in this work is the Arduino Uno. The Arduino Uno is a board with an ATmega328P micro controller to which all components are connected via digital input / output pins and analog inputs. The software solution was developed using the Arduino IDE, which is an integrated development environment for Arduino boards. The selected hydroponic culture is lettuce because it is easy to grow and a such is ideal for studying about hydroponic systems.
