Abstract

U ovome Završnom radu su navedeni i opisani najčešće korišteni biomedicinski signali među kojima su signali EKG-a, EMG-a EEG-a i disanja. Navedene su njihove prepoznatljive karakteristike prema kojima je razvijen sustav za prikupljanje i analizu signala. Razvijeni sustav se koristi serijskom komunikacijom kako bi se prenosili podaci s računala na razvojni sustav STM32F429 i obrnuto. Na razvojnom sustavu se biomedicinski signal sukladno vrsti filtrira, transformira u frekvenciju domenu i iz njegovog spektra se analiziraju korisne informacije. U razvijeni sustav pripada i grafičko korisničko sučelje (GUI) pomoću kojega korisnik odabire koji će se signal poslati na obradu te na istom sučelju dobiva informacije o signalu.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the most used biomedical signals are listed and described, among which are ECG, EMG, EEG and respiratory signals. The biomedical data acquisition and analysis system was developed according to recognizable characteristics of the signal. The developed system uses serial communication to transfer data from the computer to the STM32F429 development system and vice versa. On the development system, biomedical signals are filtered by type, transformed into the frequency domain, and useful information is analyzed from its spectrum. The developed system also includes a graphical user interface (GUI) with which the user selects the signal which will be sent for processing. The user also receives feedback information about the signal on the same interface.
