Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad se bavi izradom sustava za detekciju plagijata koji se može skalirati u slučaju velikog broja studenata koji pišu ispit. Zadaća sustava je raspodijeliti posao obrade studentskih programskih kodova i uspoređivanja sličnosti među njima. Sustav se prilikom obrade velikog broja programskih kodova može horizontalno skalirati dodavanjem replika sustava i na taj način se opterećenje raspoređuje među replikama. Poseban naglasak je stavljen na tehnologiju kontejnera i način upravljanja aplikacijama u kontejnerima te Docker i Kubernetes kao najpoznatije implementacije istih. U izradi diplomskog rada korištene su tehnologije Typescript, MongoDB i radni okviri Node.js i Express.js.

Abstract (english)

This thesis deals with the development of a plagiarism detection system that can be scaled in the case of many students writing the exam. The task of the system is to distribute the work of processing student program codes and comparing similarities between them. When processing many program codes, the system can be scaled horizontally by adding system replicas and thus the load is distributed among the replicas. Special emphasis is placed on container technology and the way applications are managed in containers, and Docker and Kubernetes as the well-known implementations of the same. TypeScript, MongoDB and Node.js and Express.js frameworks were used in the project development.
