Abstract

Svaki laboratorij da bi se nazvao takvim podliježe određenim normama, a među bitnijim normama koja je usko povezana s procesima i načinom vođenja je HRN EN ISO/IEC 17025. Da bi svaki proizvod kojeg laboratorij ispituje ili izdaje bio valjan, točan i precizan, potrebno je imati ispravnu i umjerenu opremu kojom se izvode razna ispitivanja. Kao primjer umjeravanja uređaja na području napona, uzet je višekanalni digitalni multimetar visokih performansi, te se nad njim proveo postupak iskazivanja mjerne nesigurnosti. Da bi se pospješila sljedivost i smanjila ljudska pogreška izrađen je program u LabVIEW programskom okruženju čija je zadaća da korisnik (mjeritelj) zada vrijednosti na kojima želi umjeriti uređaj, a program iskazuje mjernu nesigurnost i sve parametre koji je čine. Izlaz programa je generirani izvještaj radi lakše preglednosti podataka i samih rezultata.

Abstract (english)

Every laboratory, to be so named, is subject to certain standards, and among the most important standards that is closely related to the processes and methods of management is HRN EN ISO/IEC 17025. In order for each product, tested or released by the laboratory to be valid, accurate and precise, it is necessary to have correct and calibrated equipment with which various test are performed. As an example of calibration of devices in the voltage range, a high-performance multichannel digital multimeter was used, and the procedure of expressing measurement uncertainty was performed on it. In order to improve traceability and reduce human error, a program was created in the LabVIEW programming environment whose task is for the user (measurer) to set the values on which he wants to calibrate the device, and the program shows measurement uncertainty and all parameters that make it. The output of the program is a generated report for easier visibility of the data and the results themselves
