Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je automatizacija modela postrojenja za sortiranje predmeta po boji dostupnog u Factory IO. Isprobana su dva načina programiranja fizičkog PLCnext kontrolera u Codesysu: eksport XML datoteke u PLCnext Engineer i direktno povezivanje s kontrolerom pomoću proširenja CODESYS Control for PLCnext MC SL. Zatim je uspostavljena veza između Codesysa i Factory IO preko OPC UA standarda. Napisan je kompletan program u Codesysu za upravljanje odabranim postrojenjem. Pokazalo se da ovaj program radi bez greške, čak i kad se simulacija zaustavi i ponovno pokrene.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this paper is automation of a plant model for sorting objects by color available in Factory IO. Two ways of programming a physical PLCnext controller in Codesys were tried: export of XML file to PLCnext Engineer and direct connection between the software and controller with CODESYS Control for PLCnext MC SL extension. After that, OPC UA standard was used to establish a connection between Codesys and Factory IO. A program for controlling the chosen plant was written in Codesys. It was shown that the program works perfectly, even if the simulation is stopped and started again.
