Abstract

U sklopu završnog rada bilo je potrebno proučiti mogućnosti platforme Factory I/O za izgradnju i simuliranje rada virtualnog postrojenja. Za jedno od izrađenih simulacijskih modela bilo je potrebno razviti sekvencijalni upravljački algoritam koji će omogućiti rad virtualnog postrojenja. U radu je korišten programirljivi logički kontroler Siemens S7-1500 tj. njegova simulacija u PLCSIM-u. Upravljački algoritam je izrađen upotrebom programskog paketa TIA Portal korištenjem programskih jezika LAD i SCL. Osnovno vizualizacijsko sučelje kojim se nadzire i upravlja sustav izrađeno je pomoću programskog alata WinCC. Naposljetku je razvijeni upravljački algoritam s osnovnim vizualizacijskim sučeljem testiran te utvrđena ispravnost u radu postrojenja.

Abstract (english)

The final thesis examines the possibilities of the Factory I / O platform for building and simulating an operation of a virtual plant. One of the simulation model built, required the development of a sequential control algorithm which enables the operation of a virtual plant. For the purpose of this paper, a PLCSIM simulation of a programmable logic controller Siemens S7-1500 was used. The control algorithm was created with the TIA Portal software package using LAD and SCL programming languages. The basic visualization interface which monitors and controls the system was developed with WinCC software. Finally, the developed control algorithm with the basic visualization interface was tested and the correctness of the plant operation was determined.
