Abstract

Diplomski rad bavi se analizom električnog motora za formulu student i optimizacijom njegovog upravljanja. Analiza započinje provjerom elektromagnetskih karakteristika motora. Slijedi termalna analiza na radnom ciklusu "endurance" discipline te zatim mehanička analiza u sklopu koje je ispitan utjecaj zagrijavanja i rotacije motora na sile između rotora i osovine te statora i kućišta. Nadalje, za iste učinke provjeren je utjecaj na zračni raspor motora the posljedično i na njegove karakteristike. U sklopu analize upravljanja provjeren je utjecaj upravljanja na NVH karakteristike motora te utjejecaj premodulacije pri visokim brzinama. Konačno, na temelju svih prijašnjih analiza, napravljen je sistemski model pogona.

Abstract (english)

The thesis deals with the analysis of a formula student electric motor and the optimization of its control. The analysis begins by checking the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor. This is followed by thermal analysis on the duty cycle of the "endurance" discipline and then the mechanical analysis in which the influence of the heating and rotation of the motor on the forces between the rotor and the shaft, and the stator and housing is examined. Furthermore, the influence of the same effects was checked on the air gap of the motor and consequently on its characteristics. As part of the control analysis, the influence of control on the NVH characteristics of the motor and the influence of overmodulation at high speeds were checked. Finally, based on all previous analyses, an electric drive system model was created.
