Abstract
Razvojem informacijskih tehnologija dolazi do porasta količine i tipova skupova podataka. Jedan od takvih skupova podataka su prostorni podaci. Za vizualizaciju prostornih podataka postoji nekoliko rješenja od kojih je jedno platforma Cesium. Na primjeru aplikacije za praćenje utrka i vožnji prikazane su mogućnosti tehnologija mrežnih aplikacija, mobilnih aplikacija i platforme Cesium u svrhu prikaza trenutnih lokacija i povijesnog prikaza kretanja natjecatelja.
Abstract (english)
With the development of informational technology new types of datasets come to light. One of them is spatial data. There are numerous solutions for display of spatial data of which one is the platform Cesium. Using an example of an application for tracking competitors in races, the possibilities of web applications, mobile applications and the library Cesium were described with the purpose of displaying the live location of competitors and their historic movement through time.
