Abstract
Edgar je informacijski sustav koji omogućava online provođenje ispita te studentima nudi mogućnost samostalnog učenja u sklopu različitih vježbi i praktičnih vodiča. Kako bi se omogućilo bolje praćenje uspjeha studenata na ispitima i predmetima tijekom studija te kvalitete ispita i ispitnih pitanja, razvijeno je skladište podataka za sustav Edgar zajedno s popratnim izvještajima i vizualizacijama. S obzirom na to da je pri razvoju bilo potrebno koristiti nekomercijalne tehnologije otvorenog koda, istraženo je koje su sve dostupne te je na početku rada dan njihov pregled.
Abstract (english)
Edgar is an information system for online student examination, but it also offers students various exercises and tutorials to help them broaden their knowledge. To enable teachers to better track students' success on exams and courses, as well as the quality of exams and exam questions, a data warehouse was developed, along with the accompanying reports and visualizations. Furthermore, the business intelligence system had to be implemented using non-commercial open source technologies, hence a research on available technologies was done at the beginning of the project in order to find the best suitable ones.
