Abstract

U diplomskom radu je objašnjena OPC komunikaciju i njen nastanak. Detaljno je objašnjena OPC Data Access specifikacija te njena primjena u industriji, nedostatci u pogledu sigurnosti i ograničenja. Također je detaljno objašnjena OPC Unified Architecture specifikacija te njena primjena i napredci u odnosu na OPC Data Access specifikaciju u pogledu sigurnosti i interoperabilnosti sa sustavima različitih proizvođača. Na kraju rada je napravljena implementacija OPC UA komunikacije u sustavu regulacije razine tekućine u spremniku. Sustav je realiziran pomoću simulacijskih modela i PID regulatora. Nakon realizacije sustava i uspostavljanja OPC UA komunikacije provedeno je ispitivanje te su na kraju prikazani rezultati ispitivanja.

Abstract (english)

In this master’s degree thesis OPC communication is explained and its origin. OPC Data Access specification and its application in industry, security deficiencies and limitations are explained in detail. The OPC Unified Architecture specification is also explained in detail, as well as its application and progress in relation to the OPC Data Access specification in terms of security and interoperability with systems from different manufacturers. At the end of the thesis, the implementation of OPC UA communication in the liquid level control system in the tank was made. The system is realized using simulation models and PID regulators. After the realization of the system and the establishment of OPC UA communication, a test was conducted and at the end the test results were presented.
