Abstract

U ovom radu dizajnira se i implementira sustav upravljanja temperaturom u prostorijama zgrade s ciljem održavanja komfora uz što manju cijenu. Rashladni sustav sastoji se od 3 ventilokonvektora, distribucijskih cijevi kojima kruži rashladni medij i rashladnika. Na rashladni sustav utječu razne toplinske smetnje: toplinsko zračenje ljudi i elektroničke opreme, Sunčevo zračenje i temperatura vanjskog zraka. Sustav upravljanja koristi histerezni algoritam po temperaturi prostorije za upravljanje ventilatorima u ventilokonvektorima. Vanjska temperatura skalira se na polaznu temperaturu iz rashladnika jednadžbom pravca. Parametrirani upravljački algoritam implementiran je na PLC-u. Za potrebe njegova testiranja i model zgrade implementiran je također na PLC-u. Izrađen je i HMI pomoću kojeg se vizualizira rad sustava upravljanja.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, a building room temperature control system is designed and implemented in order to maintain comfort at the lowest possible price. The cooling system consists of 3 fan coil units, medium-circulating pipes, and a chiller. The cooling system is affected by various thermal disturbances: thermal radiation of people and electronic equipment, solar irradiance, and outside air temperature. Building room air temperatures are controlled with fans in fan coils by employing a hysteresis algorithm driven by room temperature. The outside air temperature is scaled to the chiller starting medium temperature by linear characteristics. The parameterized control algorithm is implemented on a programmable logic controller (PLC). For the purposes of testing, the building model was also implemented on the PLC. A human-machine interface has been developed to visualize the operation of the control system.
