Abstract

Rad počinje s kratkim uvodom u električna vozila, s naglaskom na baterijska cestovna vozila. Opisane su specifičnosti električnih vozila te se proučava djelovanje sila na vozilo i njihova ovisnost o brzini vozila i nagibu kosine kojom se uspinje. Prema zadanim specifikacijama i uvjetima koje vozilo mora zadovoljiti napravljen je model koji služi za računanje dinamike vozila. Na temelju toga dobiveni su podaci o potrebnom pogonskom momentu i snazi. Podaci su vizualno i tablično prikazani u ovisnosti o brzini vozila i nagibu kosine. Prema dobivenim zahtjevima pretraženi su katalozi proizvođača te je proveden odabir električnog pogonskog motora i prijenosnog omjera prijenosnog sustava vozila.

Abstract (english)

This work begins with a short introduction to electric vehicles, with emphasis on battery road vehicles. The specifics of electric vehicles are described, then the forces acting on a vehicle and their dependence on the vehicle speed and the road grade are examined. According to the given specifications and conditions that the vehicle must meet, a model was made that is used to calculate the dynamics of the vehicle. The obtained data was used to determine the required tractive torque and power. The dependence of the data on the vehicle speed and the road grade is presented visually and in tables. According to the calculated requirements, the manufacturers' catalogs were searched and traction motor selection was made along with the appropriate drivetrain gear ratio.
