Abstract

Projekt modernizacije pogona kotrljača u valjaonici rađen je za dio valjaonice koji služi za čišćenje nečistoća s metalnih ploča i za transport metalnih ploča do dijela za vruće valjanje. Zamijenjeni su postojeći motori novima, kako bi se unaprijedio proizvodni proces. Za zaštitu motora su korišteni elektro ormari izrađeni i ispitani u Intis Engineering-u, dok su za upravljanje naručeni ABB-ovi elektro ormari. Motorima se upravlja preko frekvencijskih pretvarača sadržanih unutar ABB-ovih elektro ormara. Parametri frekvencijskih pretvarača su podešeni koristeći programski alat Drivecomposer. Upravljanje motorima je vršeno preko Drivecomposer-a za testiranje u local načinu rada, dok su kasnije motori pokretani preko PLC-a. Programiranje PLC-a je rađeno u softverskom paketu STEP7. Postojeći program dopunjen je funkcijskim blokom za komunikaciju s ABB-ovim pretvaračima te je dopunjena funkcija za upravljanje motorima. Nakon testiranja i izrade programa, izrađeno je vizualizacijsko sučelje. Na vizualizacijskom sučelju prikazani su motori, skala za zadavanje reference, polja za unos, indikator za ručni način rada i okvir za prikaz brzine vrtnje u postotku od maksimalne.

Abstract (english)

The project of modernising rollers in a rolling mill has been done for the descaling section of the plant designated for descaling metal sheets and transporting them to the hot rolling section. The existing motors were replaced with new ones in order to improve the production process. Electrical enclosures, built and tested in Intis Engineering, were used for the protection of motors, while ABB electrical enclosures were ordered for the controls. Motors are controlled via frequency converters inside the ABB electrical enclosures. The frequency converters’ parameters are set up using Drivecomposer toolkit. The motors were controlled through Drivecomposer for testing in local mode, while later the motors were run via PLC. PLC programming was executed in STEP7 software package. A function block for the communication with ABB converters was added to the existing program and the function for controlling the motors was updated. Upon testing and developing the program, a human-machine interface was created. The human-machine interface displays motors, a reference scale, entry fields, an indicator for manual mode and a display box for the rotation speed as percentage in relation to the maximum speed.
