Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je web servis i pripadajuća klijentska aplikacija koji zajedno čine aplikaciju Flare. Aplikacija za cilj ima pojednostaviti upravljanje slikama pri razvoju web ili mobilnih aplikacija predstavljajući repozitorij slika. Kako bi korisnici mogli imati više različitih verzija iste slike u svojoj aplikaciji, omogućeno je verzioniranje originalnih slika. Verzije se kreiraju dodavanjem parametara na URL originalne slike. Novokreirana verzija slike sprema se na poslužitelju kako bi se optimizirao svaki idući zahtjev za istom verzijom. Klijentska aplikacija pruža grafičko sučelje za interakciju sa web servisom putem HTTPS protokola.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the web service and the associated client application that together make up the Flare application. Application's goal is to simplify image management while developing web or mobile applications by representing an image repository. For the purpose of users having multiple versions of the same image in their application, image versioning is supported. Versions are created by adding parameters to the URL of the original image. Newly created version is stored on the server to optimize every future request for the same version. Client application represents graphical user interface for the interaction with the web service via HTTPS protocol.
