Abstract

U ovom praktičnom radu ispituju se senzori pametnog telefona za eventualnu uporabu u navigaciji. Razlog tome je potreba za određivanjem pozicije korisnika kada je GPS signal slab ili nepostojeći. Stoga je u ovom radu provedeno niz testova kako bi se odredila točnost pojedinih senzora implementiranih u pametnom telefonu te kako se pogreška nastala tijekom mjerenja akumulira s vremenom i prijeđenim putem. Testovi su provedeni u 3 specifične situacije u kojima se pametni telefon najčešće koristi i nakon toga je provedena analiza snimljenih podataka te se iz izračunatih podataka pokušava iscrtati putanja kretanja pametnog telefona.

Abstract (english)

In this project smartphone sensors were tested for possible use in navigation. The reason for this is a need to determine the position of the user when the GPS signal is weak or non-existent. Therefore, this project carried out a series of tests to determine the accuracy of the sensors implemented in a smartphone and how the error that occurred during the measurements accumulates over time and traveled distance. Tests were conducted in three specific situations in which a smartphone is used most often and then the analysis of the recorded data was conducted. In the end the path of smartphone movement was drawn from the calculated data.
