Abstract

Energetski sustav trenutno je u fazi transformacije. Transformacija, između ostalog, zahtjeva i unaprjeđenje tržišta pomoćnih usluga, među kojima su i rezerve električne energije. Rad opisuje implementirano programsko rješenje za nabavu spomenutih rezervi. Naglasak je na implementaciji algoritma za odabir najbolje ponude. Pritom se odabiru najbolje ponude pristupa kao problemu mješovitog cjelobrojnog linearnog programiranja (MILP). U radu su opisani način rješavanja problema mješovitog... Abstract (english)

The energy system is currently in a phase of transformation. Transformation, among other things, requires the improvement of secondary services market, which includes electricity reserves. The paper describes the implemented software solution for the procurement of mentioned reserves. The emphasis is on the implementation of the best bid selection algorithm. The best bid selection is approached as a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) problem. Paper also describes the method of...
