Abstract

Testovi elektromagnetske kompatibilnosti su neizbježni korak pri razvoju elektroničkih uređaja. U ovome radu je razvijena programska podrška u MATLABU za automatizirano provođenje testova elektromagnetske kompatibilnosti. Razvijena programska podrška omogućava postavljanje svih relevantnih parametara za provedbu testa izravne injekcije snage (engl. DPI - direct power injection), prikupljanje, pohranu i prikaz mjernih rezultata. Test izravne injekcije snage proveden je na naponskom regulatoru i prikazani su rezultati mjerenja s obzirom na različite postavke mjernog okruženja. Za test mjerenja bliskog polja (engl. NFS - near field scan) omogućeno je upravljanje sa sustavom za mjerenje bliskog polja putem USB sabirnice. Programska podrška omogućila je vizualizaciju višedimenzionalnih podataka te njihovu obradu i pohranu. Mjerenje bliskog polja provedeno je na bežičnom modulu frekvencije 2.4 GHz te su prikazani rezultati mjerenja.

Abstract (english)

Electromagnetic compatibility testing is an inevitable step in the development of electronic devices. For this master thesis a software was developed in MATLAB for the automated conduction of electromagnetic compatibility tests. The developed software allows you to set all the relevant parameters for conducting DPI (direct power injection) tests as well as the collection, storage and display of measurement results. DPI test was carried out on the voltage regulator and the measurement results are presented with respect to the different settings of the measurement environment. To test the NFS (near field scan), control of the system for measuring the near field was enabled via an USB hub. Software enabled the visualization, processing and storage of multidimensional data. Near field measurement was carried out on the 2.4 GHz wireless module and the results of measurements are presented.
