Abstract

U ovom radu predlaže se model naplate cestarine koda autocesta sa slobodnim prolazom. Rad analizira opterećenja s kojima se susreće autocesta slična autocestama kojima upravljaju Hrvatske autoceste. Na temelju te analize definiraju se zahtjevi za sustav naplate cestarine irekonstrukcije puta. Rad predlaže arhitekturu sustava koja obuhvaća servis za naplatu cestarine i servis za rekonstrukciju putovanja. Osim arhitekture rad predlaže i konkretnu implementaciju sustav. Za implementaciju servisa naplate cestarine i servisa rekonstrukcije puta koristi se tehnologija Java Spring radni okvir, a korisničko sučelje izrađeno je u React-u. Za pohranu podataka koristi se PostgreSQL za sustav naplate i Mongo za senzorska očitanja podatka.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, a toll collection model for a free-flow road is proposed. The paper analyzes the loads encountered by motorways similar to motorways operated by HAC (Croatian Motorways). Based on this analysis, the requirements for the toll collection and road reconstruction system are defined. The paper proposes a system architecture that includes a toll service and a travel reconstruction service. In addition to the architecture, the paper also proposes a concrete implementation of the system. Java Spring Framework is used to implement toll collection and road reconstruction services. The user interface is implemented with React, and data is persisted with PostgreSQL for the billing system and Mongo for sensory data readings.
