Abstract

Prijenos podataka u komunikacijskoj mreži komutacijom paketa je idealna za stvarno vremensku uslugu govornog prijenosa. VoIP je najpopularniji mehanizam za prijenos govornih informacija i za njegovo uspješno funkcioniranje zaduženi su protokoli za prijenos stvarno vremenskih informacija UDP, RTP i RTCP. Kod prijenosa podataka izuzetno je važna sinkronizacija podataka i vremenska sinkronizacija. Najkorišteniji protokol za sinkronizaciju je NTP protokol koji postavlja vremenske satove jednakim u svim računalima u mreži. Zapisi u log datotekama uvelike ovise u vremenskoj sinkronizaciji kako bi mogli detaljno i točno analizirati podatke snimljene u komunikacijskom prometu. Govorna usluga u internetskom prijenosu mjerena je putem parametara kvalitete od kojih su najznačajniji propusnost, kašnjenje, podrhtavanje i gubitak paketa.

Abstract (english)

Data transmission in a packet-switched communication network is ideal for real-time voice transmission service. VoIP is the most popular mechanism for the transmission of voice information, and the protocols for the transmission of real-time information, UDP, RTP and RTCP, are responsible for its successful functioning. When transferring data, data synchronization and time synchronization are extremely important. The most commonly used synchronization protocol is the NTP protocol, which sets time clocks to be the same on all computers on the network. The entries in the log files depend heavily on time synchronization in order to be able to analyze in detail and accurately the data recorded in communication traffic. Voice service in Internet transmission was measured through quality parameters, the most important of which are bandwidth, delay, jitter and packet loss.
