Abstract

Toplinskom analizom donjeg plenuma ispitana je termička izdržljivost stijenke reaktorske posude prilikom teškog akcidenta sa taljenjem jezgre. Analiziran je donji plenum posude PWR reaktora kakav se nalazi u Nuklearnoj elektrani Krško. Načinjena su tri modela, koji su predstavljali tri scenarija prilikom nesreće, a razlikovali su se u količini rastaljene jezgre u donjem plenumu (70%, 50% i 30%). Simulacijama su prikazana ponašanja struktura donjeg plenuma i mogućnosti odvođenja ostatne topline... More nastale nuklearnim raspadima fisijskih produkata. Abstract (english)

Thermal endurance of the pressure vessel wall in the event of a severe accident which entails melting of the core is examined using the thermal analysis of the lower plenum. The lower plenum of a PWR reactor vessel, also found in the Krško Nuclear Power Plant, is analysed. Three models which represent three accident scenarios are developed. The models differ in the amount of molten core in the lower plenum (70%, 50% and 30%). Simulations display the behaviours of the lower plenum structures... More as well as the possibilities of dissipating decay heat produced by the nuclear decay of fission products. In case of the highest amount of melting, the possibility of vessel cooling using exterior ERVC system is tested alongside the effect of the mentioned system on vessel integrity. Less
