Abstract

Naponski transformatori su jednofazne jedinice namijenjene za direktan prijenos energije s visokog na niski napon. Izvedba ovakvih transformatora s otvorenom jezgrom donosi niz prednosti i za korisnika i proizvođača. Međutim, koncept otvorene jezgre utječe na raspodjelu i shvaćanje gubitaka u transformatoru. Sama klasifikacija gubitaka drugačija je nego kod klasičnih transformatora sa zatvorenom jezgrom. Upravo stoga cilj ovog rada je postaviti, objasniti i potvrditi raspodjelu gubitaka u pokusima kratkog spoja, praznog hoda i za situaciju kada je transformator terećen u pogonu. Fokus specijalističkog rada je na demonstraciji metodologije kojom se određuju karakteristični gubici ovakvih transformatora, te usporedba s rezultatima mjerenja prikupljenih kroz međufazna i finalna ispitivanja tijekom proizvodnje ovih transformatora.

Abstract (english)

Voltage transformer is a single-phase unit intended for a direct conversion of energy from high to low voltage. The open-core concept adds several crucial advantages both for the manufacturer and the customer. However, that same concept influences not only the loss distribution in the transformer, but also the way the losses are determined and classified. Their classification is different than with closed core transformers. This is why the aim of this paper is to establish, explain and confirm a loss distribution model for open-core transformers in the following situations; under no load, under the short-circuit test and under load while the transformer is in operation. The focus of this specialist thesis is to demonstrate the methodology for determining characteristic losses of these transformers, and to verify this methodology by a series of interphase and routine tests performed during the production of actual transformers.
