Abstract

Ispravljači sa poluvodičkim elementima u svom radu proizvode struje osnovne frekvencije i struje frekvencija veće od osnovne frekvencije. Struje viših harmonika povećavaju dodatne gubitke u namotima i metalnim dijelovima ispravljačkih transformatora. Kod projektiranja transformatora treba uzeti u obzir utjecaj viših harmonika na povećanje dodatnih gubitaka kako bi se izbjegla lokalnih zagrijavanja koja mogu ubrzati starenje izolacije. Analiza gubitaka skin-efekta u namotima ispravljačkih transformatora napravljena je za utjecaj razmaka stup-namot-jaram, razlike u visinama namota i veličinom rupe u namotima računalnim programom GUB1 koji je baziran na Rabinsonovoj metodi.

Abstract (english)

Rectifiers with the semiconductor elements in its work produce the basic frequency current and currents higher frequency then basic frequency. The high frequency currents increase additional losses in the windings and metal parts of the rectifier transformers. When designing a converter transformer should be taken into account the influence of higher frequency currents on the increase in additional losses in order to avoid local heating, which can accelerate aging of insulation. Analysis of skin-effect losses in the windings of converter transformers is made for the impact of distance between core leg-windings-yoke, the differences in the heights of the windings and the size of the holes in the windings by GUB1 computer program that is based on Rabins’ method.
