Abstract

Transformator u pogonu ima gubitke koji se pretvaraju u toplinu, odnosno zagrijavaju transformator. Tu toplinu je potrebno odvesti iz transformatora što se ostvaruje preko rashladnog sustava. U radu se opisuju transformatori s izolacijskim sustavom sastavljenim od mineralnog transformatorskog ulja i celuloznih materijala odnosno od materijala organskog porijekla, koji s vremenom stare zbog temperature, nazočnosti kisika i vlage. Starenje izolacije je brže ako je temperatura viša i ako je vlažniji sustav izolacije. Gubici zagrijavaju transformator koji se hladi preko rashladnog sustava koji može biti različitih izvedbi. Pogonska iskustva za neke izvedbe rashladnih sustava su prikazana u radu. Zagrijavanje transformatora odreĎuje snagu kojom se transformator može opteretiti uvažavajući uobičajeni vijek trajanja transformatora. Promjenom temperature transformatora koju postižemo radom rashladnog sustava mogu se optimidrati gubici uljnih energetskih transformatora. Optimiranje treba provesti tako da ne doĎe do ubrzavanja starenja izolacijskog sustava, a preduvjet za optimiranje je više stupnjeva hlaĎenja transformatora. Upravljanje rashladnim sustavom može biti tradicijsko ili inteligentno, a primjer optimiranja rada rashladnog sustava, gubitke i trošak pogona transformatora prikazan je za TR 400/110 kV u TS Ernestinovo.

Abstract (english)

Transformer is operation has losses that are converted into heat, which heat up the transformer. There is a need to take warmth from the transformer which is realized through the cooling system. This paper describes the isolation transformer system composed of mineral transformer oils and cellulosic materials respectively which aging by the temperature, the presence of oxygen and moisture. The aging of insulation is faster if the temperature is higher and if the wetter insulation system. Losses is heating transformer which is cooled by the cooling systems which can be different designs. Driving experience for the performance of a cooling system are presented in this paper. Heating of the transformer determines the power with which the transformer can be loaded respecting the normal life time of the transformer. By changing the temperature of the transformer, which is achieved by the work of the cooling system can be optimized losses of power transformers oil. Optimization should be done so that there is no acceleration of the aging of insulation systems, and prerequisite for optimizing the more degrease cooling systems. Cooling system control can be traditional or intelligent, and an example of optimization of cooling system losses and cost of operation transformer is shown for transformer 400/110 kV in substation Ernestinovo.
