Abstract

Specijalistički rad obuhvaća analitičko računanje zagrijanja slojnih namota i ulja u transformatorima s valovitim kotlovima. Slojni se namoti modeliraju mrežnom analogijom. Naglasak na rad je da se što jednostavnijim matematičkim modelima predstavi fizikalna slika zagrijanja u transformatoru te da se time dobiju podloge koje unutar granica tolerancija od nekoliko kelvina prate stvarne rezultate mjerenja. Računanje zagrijanja u transformatoru vrlo je složeno zbog velikog broja faktora koji utječu na ishode zagrijanja. U namotima eksperimentalno su određene korekcijske krivulje utjecaja geometrije kanala na zagrijanje (visina i širina rashladnih kanala, gustoća toplinskog toka, temperaturni gradijent), dok su za zagrijanje valovitih kotlova napravljene utjecajne krivulje geometrije kotla (visina rebra, dubina rebra, korak rebra, razmak središnjica izvora i ponora topline te zastupljenost radijacije u ukupnom odvođenju topline).

Abstract (english)

Specialist thesis includes analytical calculation of temperature rises of layered windings and oil in transformers with corrugated tanks. Layered windings are modeled with electrical circut analogy. The purpose of this thesis is to represent physical reality of temperature rises with a simple mathematical modeling based upon known empiric factors to obtain a set of relations that will fit with real testing on real transformers with admissible torrance. Calculating the temperature rises in distribution transformers is very complex because of large number of factors that affect the outcomes. Empiric curves that should be determed for windings is geometry of cooling ducts( height and width ), density of the heat flux and winding boundary temperature gradient. Carrugated tanks should be defined with curves that describes tank geometry like fins height, depth of fins, step of fins, percentage of radiation in total cooling and height difference between windings and fins.
