Abstract

U radu je opisan željeznički elektroenergetski infrastrukturni podsustav te analizirani postupci mjerenja i ispitivanja prije preuzimanja te za vrijeme eksploatacije (periodička mjerenja i ispitivanja). Opisane su korištene dijagnostičke metode mjerenja i ispitivanja podsustava. Održavanje po stanju je suvremena strategija održavanja koja se danas primjenjuje kad god je to tehnički i ekonomski razumno. Ova strategija održavanja je u svijetu je poznata pod nazivom Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) i može se smatrati ključnom metodom za implementaciju prediktivnog načina održavanja. S obzirom na značaj i postotak u ukupnom budžetu odražavanja podsustava, obrađeni su mogućnosti implementacije održavanja na temelju stanja uređaja tj. prediktivnog održavanja postrojenja kontaktne mreže i energetskog transformatora. Dani su prijedlozi novih suvremenih dijagnostičkih metoda na temelju indeksa pouzdanosti transformatora te predloženo je kreiranju PHM sustava za postrojenje kontaktne mreže.

Abstract (english)

The paper describes the railway electricity infrastructure subsystem and the analysed measurement and testing procedures before the takeover and during exploitation (periodic measurements and tests). Diagnostic methods of measuring and testing subsystems are described. Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) is a modern maintenance strategy that today applies whenever technically and economically reasonable. This maintenance strategy is worldwide known as Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) and can be considered a key method for implementing predictive maintenance modes. Given the significance and percentage in the overall budget of reflecting the subsystem, maintenance options based on the condition of the device, i.e. the condition of the subsystem have been processed. predictive maintenance of the overhead contact line and the energy transformer. Proposals for new modern diagnostic methods based on transformer health indeks (HI) have been proposed. Also it has been proposed to create a PHM system for the overhead contact line installation.
