Abstract

Ovaj rad temeljito obrađuje transformaciju tradicionalnih elektroenergetskih sustava u pametne sustave s ciljem sveprisutnosti energije. Opisane su i nabrojene sve mogućnosti pametnih mreža za proizvodne kompanije, prijenosne i distribucijske kompanije te za krajnje korisnike koji istodobno postaju i proizvođači i potrošači energije te su također nabrojane tehnologije potrebne za razvoj i implementaciju pametnih mreža, kao i stanje tih tehnologija temeljeno na poznatim Hype krivuljama. Također, na temelju podataka iz dostupne literature, opisana je vizija mogućeg razvoja grada Zagreba 2050. godine s težnjom postanka 'pametnim', a samim time i 'zelenim' gradom.

Abstract (english)

This thesis thoroughly processes the transformation of traditional power systems into intelligent systems with the aim of ubiquitous energy supply. All the possibilities of Smart Grids for generation, transmission and distribution companies, and as well for the end-users who become producers and consumers at the same time, are described here. All the technologies required for the development and deployment of Smart Grids, as well as the status of these technologies based on well known Hype Cycle are listed. Furthermore, based on the data available in the literature the vision for the potential for development of Zagreb 2050 is described with aspiration of becoming 'smart', and therefore 'green' city.
