Abstract

U radu je prikazana važnost poznavanja točnog profila vijenca kotača i promjera kotača na postojećem niskopodnom tramvajskom motornom vozilu iz serije TMK2200. Napravljen je pregled postojećih, na tržištu dobavljivih, rješenja za mjerenje. Uz postojeću, u vozilo ugrađenu opremu, osmišljen, projektiran, realiziran i instaliran je sustav za mjerenje profila vijenca kotača i promjera kotača u stacionarnim uvjetima beskontaktnom metodom. Napravljen je prikaz metoda mjerenja i opravdana je odabrana metoda. Dobiveni rezultati su analizirani i uspoređeni s rezultatima dobivenim trenutno korištenom metodom.

Abstract (english)

This thesis presents the importance of knowing the exact wheel profile and wheel diameter on low floor tramcar TMK 2200. Existing measurement solutions which are present on the market are shown. In addition to existing, built-in equipment of the vehicle, system for wheel profile and wheel diameter measurement is engineered, designed, implemented and installed. The system is used for measurement in stationary position using a non-contact method. Overview of measurement methods is shown and a chosen method is justified. Results are analyzed and compared with the results obtained with currently used method.
