Abstract

U radu su prikazana svojstva mjerne metode Impulsna Pletizmografija, te je na temelju izvedenih mjerenja rekonstruirana nadomjesna sheme mjernog objekta (sučelje elektroda – biološki materijal). Nadalje su određeni elementi nadomjesne sheme i njihova ovisnosti o trajanju i amplitudi pobudnih strujnih impulsa. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata metoda je uspoređena sa rezultatima Impedancijske Pletizmografije. Za sva mjerenja izveden je istosmjerni impulsni strujni izvor sa mogućnošću promjene... More trajanja impulsa ( 0,6μs − 50μs ) i pauze te promjenom amplitude ( 0mA − 40mA ). Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju da se nadomjesna shema mjernog objekta može svesti na troelemntnu nadomjesnu shemu. Nadomjesna se shema sastoji od kapaciteta, koji je električni ekvivalent reaktivnog otpora na sučelju elektroda - koža, paralelnog otpora, koji je radni ekvivalent sučelja elektroda – koža i serijskog otpora, koji je električni ekvivalent radog otpora unutarnjeg tkiva. Za vrlo kratka trajanja impulsa (<5μs ), troelementna nadomjesna shema svodi sa na serijski spoj otpora i kapaciteta. Frekvencija ponavljanja nema utjecaja na promjenu vrijednosti elemenata u troelementnoj nadomjesnoj shemi. Promjene vrijednosti elemenata nadomjesne sheme su posljedica promjene trajanja strujnih impulsa i promjene amplitude strujnih impulsa. U tom smislu vrijednost serijskog otpora u nadomjesnoj shemi pada sa povećanjem amplitude strujnih impulsa, dok vrijednost kapaciteta raste. Vrijednosti kapaciteta i serijskog opora rastu sa porastom trajanja strujnih impulsa. U serijskom otporu sadržan je i promjenjivi dio unutarnjeg otpora koji je posljedica promjene volumena u unutrašnjem tkivu (promjena volumena krvne žile ili pluća). Promjenjivi otpor je nosilac korisne informacije u mjerenju impulsnom pletizmografijom. Vrijednosti promjene otpora uslijed promjene volumena u unutarnjem tkivu su vrlo male i reda su veličine par Ohma. U radu je prikazana krivulja promjene električnog otpora uslijed promjene volumena. Impulsna metoda pokazuje manju osjetljivost na smetnje, veću točnost mjerenja u usporedbi sa impedancijskom metodom. Impulsnom metodom mogu se postići impulsi veće amplitude, a bez osjeta nelagode u obliku peckanja uslijed protjecanja struje. Less

Abstract (english)

In this work are described properties of the pulse plethysmography measuring method. Based on results which are presented in this work, equivalent circuit of measured object is shown. Measurements are done with instrumentation developed and described in this text. The measurement results shows that equivalent circuit of measured object can be represent of three-element circuit. The three-element circuit consists of capacitance, which is capacitance on electrode – tissue interface,... More parallel resistance, which is the resistance of electrode – skin interface, and finally serial resistance, which is the electrical representation of internal tissue. For very short current pulse duration, less then5μs , the three-element equivalent circuit can be substitute with two-element circuit consists of capacitance and serial resistance. It is shown that the value of elements in equivalent circuit doesn’t depend of current pulse repetition frequency. The elements are dependant of current pulse duration and current pulse amplitude. The value of serial resistance drops with change of current pulse amplitude, while the value of capacitance increases with change of current pulse amplitude. The value of serial resistance and capacitance increases with incremental change of current pulse duration. The most important for pulse plethysmography measurement is the change of internal resistance. The change of internal resistance caused by change of volume in internal tissue (blood pressure and respiration) is very small in comparison to the value of serial or parallel resistance. The pulse plethysmography measurement of volume change gives better results when comparing to impedance plethysmography measurement method. The measurements are less noisy and much precise.
