Abstract

U modernoj automobilskoj industriji istraživanje i razvoj novih automobila temelji se na računalnom modeliranju i simuliranju. Konstrukcija fizičkih modela vozila i njihovo testiranje u različitim situacijama zahtjeva dosta truda i vremena, te znatna financijska sredstva. Zbog smanjivanja vremena i troškova razvoja, danas se prilikom konstruiranja novih vozila uglavnom koriste računalni modeli. U okviru ovog magistarskog rada opisano je svojstvo vozila u pokretu s obzirom na momente koji se javljaju u njegovom vučnom sustavu. Na temelju opisanih svojstva napravljen je računalni model vučnog sustava vozila u programskom paketu Matlab/Simulink, te su uspoređene simulirane vrijednosti momenta, snage i energije računalnog modela sa izmjerenim vrijednostima momenta, snage i energije na testnom vozilu. Napravljena usporedba izmjerenih i simuliranih vrijednosti pokazala je da računalni model vjerodostojno simulira ponašanje realnog vozila u različitim uvjetima vožnje uzevši u obzir određena ograničenja. Usporedbom ovog računalnog modela sa postojećim Matlab/Simulink modelom za simuliranje vozila pokazalo je da Matlab/Simulink model pruža manju fleksibilnost i zahtjeva složenije mjerenje ulaznih podataka nego računalni model izrađen u ovom radu.

Abstract (english)

In modern automobile industry a vital part of development and research is based on computer simulations and computer aided design. Building physical models of vehicle and testing them in different situations is highly expensive and requires a lot of time and effort. To reduce the time to market, development and research costs computer simulations and models are used. On base of this description Matlab/Simulink computer model of vehicle drive torque was created and the torque, power and energy of this computer model was compared with measured values of torque, power and energy on a test vehicle. The comparison showed that the computer model accurately describes behaviour of a real vehicle given some limitations. Comparison of the computer model with existing Matlab/Simulink model for vehicle drive torque showed that Matlab/Simulink model provides less flexibility and demands more complex measurement of input parameters than computer model created in this master thesis.
