Abstract

Brojni raspadi elektroenergetskih sustava u svijetu nametnuli su potrebu preispitivanja tradicionalnih metoda planiranja, vođenja te preventivnog i korektivnog upravljanja elektroenergetskim sustavom. Disertacija se bavi problemom korektivnog upravljanja sustavom i u tu svrhu razvijen je novi model podnaponskog rasterećenja. More spasiti elektroenergetski sustav od raspada uzrokovanih slomom napona. Primijenjen je optimizacijski postupak koji omogućuje minimalna isključenja tereta. Logika i matematička utemeljenost modela su općeniti pa se mogu primijeniti i na druge vrste korektivnih akcija (uključenje izvora reaktivnih snaga, blokiranje LTC transformatora itd.), a također i na analize podfrekventnog rasterećenja te kaskadnog isključenja vodova. Model je testiran na tri test sustava i na realnom elektroenergetskom sustavu HEP-a. Podnaponsko rasterećenje u ovom modelu je automatsko i može se karakterizirati kao off-line centralizirana shema rasterećenja. Ono koristi SCADA podatke za proračune karakterističnih kvarova i memorira rezultate proračuna. U slučaju da se takav, kritični, događaj pojavi, rasterećenje se aktivira automatski, što znači da brzina izvršavanja algoritma nije važna. Korištenjem simulacijskih modela s vrlo kratkom vremenima proračuna, npr. modela koji se temelji na kvazistatičkoj aproksimaciji, moguće je predloženi model dovesti do razine primjene u realnom vremenu. Abstract (english)

Numerous blackouts of the power systems all over the world enforced the reexamination of the traditional methods of planning, control and preventive and corrective control of the power systems. This dissertation elaborates the problem of the corrective system control and a new model under voltage load shedding was developed for that matter. That new model defines amounts, nodes and critical times of load shedding for the cases of severe contingencies. Those actions can save the power... More system from blackout caused by the voltage collapse. Optimization procedure was applied for the purpose of minimal load shedding. Logic and mathematical background of the model are prevalent and can be applied on other types of correction actions (switching on of the reactive power sources, blocking of the LTC power transformers ect), the analyses underfrequecy load shedding as well as on line cascade switching. New model was tested on three test systems as well as on the power system of HEP. Under voltage load shedding in this model is automatic and can be described as off-line centralized scheme of the load shedding. It uses SCADA dates for calculating characteristic faults and memorizes the results of the calculations. If those critical contingencies occur, load shedding is automatically activated, which means that computational requirement is irrelevant. By using simulation models with extremely short time of the calculation (for example model based on the quasistatic approximation) it is possible to make the suggested model in the real time.
