Abstract

Agentski sustavi, a posebice pokretni programski agenti postaju sastavnim dijelovima programske arhitekture mreža. Intenzivnija primjena agentskih tehnologija pretpostavlja i nova rješenja u programskom inženjerstvu, s novim agentski orijentiranim paradigmama i postupcima. Namjera ovog rada je istražiti svojstva programskih agenata i višeagentskih sustava te područja nihove primjene u telekomunikacijama, uz kritičku analizu prednosti i nedostataka. Razrađeni su koncepti razvoja agentski orijentirane programske opreme s težištem na postupcima više rezine i postupcima oblikovanja. Predstavljena je MESSAGE metodologija, usmjerena na aktivnosti analize i dizajna agentski orijentiranog razvoja programske podrške. Dan je pregled osnovnih jedinica modeliranja i notacije, te je predstavljen model procesa i upute za razvijanje različitih modela sustava. Također, dan je pregled jezika za modeliranje višeagentskih sustava AUML. Rad završava praktičkom provjerom modeliranja i oblikovanja višeagentskog sustava za održavanje programske opreme, koristeći predloženi proces te pripadajuća uputstava i notaciju.

Abstract (english)

Agent systems, especially mobile agents, become integrant part of the network software architecture. Intensive usage of the agent technology assumes new solutions in the field of software engineering as well as new agent oriented paradigms and methodologies. Intention of this thesis is to investigate characteristics of mobile agents and multiagent systems along with the possibility of their employment in the telecommunications. Survey of benefits and weaknesses that comes with the mobile agent technology should be presented. Concepts of agent-oriented software engineering are elaborated, with the emphasis on high-level methodologies and modeling techniques. MESSAGE methodology, which covers analysis and design activities, is presented. Overview of basic modeling and notation units is given, along with the detail process description. Also, overview of the agent modeling language AUML is presented. Thesis concludes with the practical verification of modeling and design of the multiagent system for remote software management, using suggested process, guidance and notation.
