Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je projektiranje sinkronog motora s površinskim magnetima za bolid koji će se natjecati na natjecanjima Formula Student. Projekt motora obuhvaća elektromagnetsku, laboratorijsku, termalnu i mehaničku analizu unutar programskog paketa Motor-CAD. Prilikom projektiranja potrebno je zadovoljiti definirane uvjete na snagu, moment, brzinu, masu i dr. koji proizlaze iz međudjelovanja komponenti bolida ili su propisani pravilnikom natjecanja. Kroz analizu je uočen velik broj fenomena bilo elektromagnetskih ili mehaničkih za koje je bilo potrebno naći rješenje. Simulirano je ponašanje motora na profilu opterećenja definiranim stazom s jednog od natjecanja te su na njemu proučavane mehaničke i termalne performanse stroja.

Abstract (english)

The theme of this final work is designing a synchronous motor with surface magnet for a raving car that will compete in Formula Student competitions. The motor project encompasses electromagnetic, laboratory, thermal and mechanical analysis within the Motor-CAD program package. When designing, it is necessary to meet the defined conditions of power, torque, speed, mass and other resulting from the interaction of the vehicle components or are prescribed by the rules of competition. Through the analysis, a large number of electromagnetic or mechanical phenomena were identified, for which a solution was needed. The behavior of the engine on the duty cycle was simulated in a defined track from one of the competitions and the mechanic and thermal performance of the machine was studied
