Abstract

U ovom radu je istražen i proveden postupak pretvaranje postojeće web aplikacije u progresivnu web aplikaciju. Svaki korak pretvorbe je detaljno analiziran kao i dobiveni rezultat. Opisane su odlike progresivnih web aplikacije i koje su im mogućnosti. Navedene su alternativne tehnologije koje bi mogle pospješiti više-platformsko rješenje. Opisane su korištene tehnologije i arhitektura JayOne, prije i poslije pretvorbe u progresivnu web aplikaciju. Dodane su nove funkcionalnosti, od kojih jedna pokazuje mogućnost korištenja poslužiteljski iniciranih obavijesti zbog pretvorbe. Spomenuti su izazovi i problemi pri programiranju progresivnih web aplikacija.

Abstract (english)

In this paper the procedure of converting an existing web application to a progressive web application was explored and conducted. Each step of the conversion was analysed in detail as was the result. The features and the capabilities of progressive web applications were described. The alternative technologies that could give a cross-platform solution were listed. The used technologies and the architecture of JayOne were described both before and after the conversion to a progressive web application. New features were added, one of which shows the possibility of using push notifications because of the conversion. The challenges and problems of developing a progressive web application were mentioned.
