Abstract

U radu su prikazani osnovni tipovi dizajna ventilacijskog sustava kontrolne sobe i navedeni određeni regulatorni zahtjevi koji se tiču uvjeta boravka u kontrolnoj sobi. Opisom dijela regulatornih preporuka navedeni su osnovni mehanizmi potrebni za razumijevanje problematike koja se tiče uvjeta boravka u kontrolnoj sobi. Za potrebe proračuna opisano je računanje i značaj disperzijskog faktora koji je jedan od ulaznih podataka glavnog proračuna. Proveden je proračun doza ozračenosti unutar pomćne kontrolne sobe NE Krško uz pomoć programa RADTRAD te su dobivene različite doze ozračenosti u ovisnosti o odabranom scenariju. Da bi se doze svele na prihvatljivu mjeru mora se provesti izolacija kontrolne sobe ne kasnije od 1 sat nakon početka ispusta.

Abstract (english)

The thesis begins with a description of the various control room ventilation systems we can see in Nuclear Power Plants around the USA. For the purpose of analyzing NPP Krsko's Control Room Habitability (CRH) we have to follow certain US regulatory guides and rules. The thesis gives a summary of a regulatory guides which assess various CRH issues and also provides a solid base for the improvement and maintenance of the control room envelope. After describing the basic issues and regulatory requirements the thesis shows a radioactive dose calculation of the control room. For the purpose of the dose calculation the thesis also provides a description of the atmospheric relative concentrations which are used in the process of calculating the radioactive doses. The end of the thesis shows different dose results we got for different scenarios connected to the management of the control room. In order to limit doses to acceptable level, in case of severe accident, it is necessary to perform control room isolation not later than 1 hour after start of effluents release.
