U okviru ovog rada, implementirali smo model dubokog učenja za kalsifikaciju očitanja u obliku jedno dimenzionalnog signala, koji se temelji na konvolucijskoj neuronskoj mreži. Provjerili smo performanse modela na setu podataka koji sadrži 5403 očitanja, gdje su sve klase jednako zastupljene. Abstract (english)

In this paper, we implemented deep learning model for detecting the class label of generated read based on convolutional neural network. We evaluated the performance of a model on a dataset that contains 5403 reads, with equal distribution amongst classes.
