Abstract

Na početku je izrađen prototip inkrementalnog optičkog enkodera zbog određivanja točnih vrijednosti komponenata kruga. Sastojao se od optičkog senzora i otpornika spojenih u seriju u diodnom i tranzistorskom krugu optičkog senzora. Testirana su dva optička senzora ali zbog pravilnijeg izlaznog signala i manjih dimenzija odabran je OPB608A senzor. Kako bi signal na izlazu iz enkodera bio što pravilniji u krug su se dodali Schmittov trigger i kondenzatori. Nakon toga je izrađena tiskana pločica. Prvo ju je bilo potrebno nacrtati u programu Eagle a nakon toga i fizikalno ostvariti. Na izrađenu pločicu su se zalemile SMD komponente s prije određenim vrijednostima. Nakon montiranja gotove pločice na mjerač momenta asinkronog motora i lijepljenja papirnate crno-bijele trakice na osovinu provjeren je izlazni signal iz enkodera pomoću programa LabVIEW.

Abstract (english)

Initially, a prototype of an incremental optical encoder was made to determine the exact value of the circuit components. It consisted of an optical sensor and resistors connected in series to a diode and transistor circuit of the optical sensor. Two optical sensors have been tested, but due to a more regular output and smaller size the OPB608A sensor was chosen. For a more regular signal at the output of the encoder a Schmitt trigger and filter capacitors were added to the circuit. After that a circuit schematic was made. First, it was necessary to draw a PCB layout using the Eagle program which was used to make the PCB. SMD components with predetermined values were soldered on the circuit board. After mounting the circuit board on the torque transducer and gluing a black and white striped paper to the shaft, the output signal from the encoder was measured with the LabVIEW program.
