Abstract

Tema ovog rada je projektirati i izraditi stereo pojačalo snage s bipolarnim tranzistorima. Pojačalo se sastoji od pretpojačala, pobudnog stupnja, izlaznog stupnja, zaštitnog sklopa i sklopa za napajanje. Pretpojačalo prilagođava ulazni signal prije dolaska na pojačalo snage koje se sastoji od pobudnog stupnja i izlaznog stupnja. Zaštitni sklop štiti zvučnike od istosmjerne komponente audio signala, kao i od prekomjerne struje koja potencijalno može oštetiti zvučnike. Analizirano pojačalo pripada klasi AB koja je po svojim svojstvima kombinacija klase A i klase B i pruža najbolji omjer cijene i kvalitete reprodukcije. Za pobudni stupanj projektirana je i izrađena tiskana pločica u programu Altium Designer 17.0. Naglasak ovog rada je na praktičnom radu i usporedbi realnog uređaja s teoretskim, odnosno simulacijskim sklopovima.

Abstract (english)

The main goal of the thesis was to produce a stereo power amplifier using bipolar transistors. Amplifier consists of preamplifier, driver stage, output stage, protection circuit and power source. Preamplifier adjusts input signal before it enters power amplifier stage which is consisted of driver stage and output stage. Protection circuit protects speakers from DC part of audio signal and also from overcurrent which can potentially damage the speakers. The analysis conducted in the thesis was for the AB class audio power amplifier that is basically the combination of the A and B class power amplifiers and offers best performance and quality for the price. Printed circuit board was designed and produced using Altium Designer 17.0. Aim of this thesis was to present practical work and offer deeper understanding between real devices and theoretical ones.
