Abstract

U ovom je diplomskom radu razvijen potpuno automatiziran test automobilskog
zaslona kao potvrda pogreške te je isti integriran unutar alata za testnu automatizaciju
(ATAT). Tijekom izrade rada razmatran je CID tip automobilskog zaslona. Komunikacija
izme ¯ du ATAT-a i CID-a je uspostavljena preko Göpel VideoDragona s APIX
linkom koji omogu´cuje prijenos podataka pomo´cu SomeIP i AShell komunikacijskih
protokola. U ATAT-u je implementirano posebno suˇcelje kojim se ostvaruje precizna
dijagnostika podataka na dubokoj razini, testiranje automobilskog zaslona u sintetiˇckom
okruženju te automatizirana potvrde pogreške u testnoj fazi 1. Interakcije dodira
potrebne za testiranje zaslona ostvarene su pomo´cu univerzalnog robota. Pokreti univerzalnog
robota su vo ¯ deni Keyence video kamerom, a zapoˇcinju kada je na zaslonu
prepoznata nova testna toˇcka pomo´cu sustava za prepoznavanje slike. Na taj je naˇcin
realiziran reproducibilan i potpuno automatizirani test automobilskog zaslona.

Abstract (english)

In this Master’s Thesis, the fully automated display test as failure confirmation was
developed and was integrated in the Test Automation Tool (ATAT). The CID display
type was considered during the work in laboratory. Communication between ATAT
and CID was established over the Göpel VideoDragon with APIX link that offers data
transmission over the SomeIP and AShell communication protocols. Special interface
was implemented in ATAT to realize the precise display’s data diagnosis on deep level,
display testing in a synthetic environment and automatization of the display’s failure
confirmation of the Alpine’s test stage 1. Touch interactions required for the display
tests were realized with the Universal Robot. Motions of the Universal Robot were
guided by the Keyence video camera when the new testing point on the display’s screen
was recognised by camera’s image recognition system. Thus, the reproducible and fully
automated display test was realized.
