Abstract

Kisik je jedan od najvažnijih kemijskih elemenata na Zemlji, omogućava postojanje živog svijeta. Stoga je važno omogućiti mjerenje njegove koncentracije u raznim sredstvima, kako bi se takvi rezultati mogli koristiti u istraživanjima u medicini, kemiji i ostalim vezanim područjima. Postoji nekoliko načina i metoda mjerenja. Dva su osnovna načina - mjerenje u tekućinama i mjerenje u plinovitom stanju. Osnovne metode za mjerenje su optička i elektrokemijska. U praksi se najviše koristi Clarkova elektroda, koja je elektrokemijski senzor s vanjskim polarizacijskim naponom. Za njeno korištenje potrebno je konstruirati elektrometrijsko pojačalo koje pojačava strujni signal koji elektroda generira.

Abstract (english)

Oxygen is one of the most important chemical elements on Earth, to the existence of the living world. It is therefore important to enable the measurement of its concentration in various means, to be able to use the results of such research in medicine, chemistry and other related areas. There are several ways and methods of measurement. There are two basic ways - measurement in liquids and measuring substances in the gaseous state. The basic methods for measuring are optical and electrochemical. In practice, the most used Clark electrode, which is an electrochemical sensor with an external polarization voltage. For their efficient use, it is necessary to construct electrometrically amplifier that amplifies electrical signal generated by the electrodes.
