Abstract

U ovom radu opisan je model dugoročnog nastupa agregatora baterija električnih vozila na energetskim tržištima. Rad je temeljen na principu linearnog programiranja sa skupom ograničenja koja definiraju električna vozila i agregator s ciljem optimizacije profita. Prikazan je nastup agregatora baterija na tržištima energije, tržištu kapaciteta, te tržištu rezervi. Korišten je optimizacijski model temeljen na trenutnom stanju napunjenosti vozila i cijenama na tržištu energije, koji u najpovoljnijim trenucima upravlja ciklusima punjenja i pražnjenja vozila kako bi maksimizirao svoju zaradu. Promatran je nastup agregatora vozila kroz 2017. i 2018. godinu kako bi se utvrdilo u kojim je mjesecima nastup agregatora bio najpovoljniji. U konačnici su uspoređeni rezultati iz dviju godina te je donesen zaključak i prijedlog mjera za budućim povećanjem profita.

Abstract (english)

This paper proposes a bidding strategy for the aggregator to maximize its profits from participating in competitive energy and different regulating reserves market. An aggregator acts as a mediator between the system operator and residential customers, enabling mutually beneficial coordination for electric vehicle owners and power systems. This work proposes a framework using linear programming to determine the optimal aggregator’s bidding strategy in electricity markets, which maximizes the aggregator’s profits. Participating in electricity markets was observed throughout 2017. and 2018. to determine in which periods was the aggregator maximizing its profits.
