Abstract

Cilj ovog rada bio je istraţiti parametre koji utječu na uporabljivost informativnih Web sjedišta na pametnim telefonima te metode ocjenjivanja uporabljivosti koje se temelje na prikupljanju objektivnih i subjektivnih metrika. U početnom dijelu rada definiran je pojam uporabljivosti, navedeni su faktori uporabljivosti vaţni za izradu Web sjedišta te objašnjen ciklus razvoja. Zatim je objašnjen koncept i tehnologije korištene u prilagodljivom Web dizajnu te u skladu s tim objašnjene i izraĎene četiri verzije testnog informativnog Web sjedišta. Nakon toga provedeno je istraţivanje standardiziranim upitnikom PSSUQ pomoću kojeg su korisnici ocjenjivali uporabljivost Web sjedišta. Na kraju je temeljem prikupljenih podataka provedena statistička analiza te objavljeni zaključci istraţivanja.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this study was to investigate the parameters that affect the usability of informative web sites on smart phones and usability evaluation methods that are based on the collection of objective and subjective metrics. In the initial part of this paper we defined the notion of usability, usability factors important for the development of Web sites along with the explanation of the development cycle. Afterwards, we explained the concept and technologies behind responsive Web design and in part with that the making of four versions of a test informational Web site. A study was conducted in which users evaluated the usability of those informational Web sites using the standardized PSSUQ questionnaire. Finally, based on the collected data, a statistical analysis was performed and research findings were reported.
