Abstract

Svrha ovog rada je razvoj Podsustava za izvještavanje o alarmima Riječnog informacijskog sustava koji obuhvaća rješenja za nadzor riječne plovidbe na rijeci Dunav u RH. Podsustav treba omogućiti automatsko izvještavanje u stvarnom vremenu o stanju navigacijskih uređaja na poslužitelju kojem se dostavljaju podaci u slučajevima alarma i redovite kontrole. Stvoreni izvještaji moraju dodatno biti dostupni raznim korisnicima na Web-u. Obuhvaćeni uređaji su plutače, obalne oznake, elektronički prikazi i vodomjeri. Opisano rješenje uključuje primjenu tehnologija SVG-a za izvještavanje preko interaktivne karte. Zahtjevi, dodatno određeni upotrebom karte SVG-a, analizirani su korištenjem dijagrama UML-a. Razvijeni model UML-a Podsustava naglasio je specifične koncepte procesa alarmiranja: obradu podataka i usmjeravanje na osvježenu verziju podataka SVG-a. Taj model može se iskoristiti pri budućoj pojavi dodatnih zahtjeva ili promjeni implementacijskog okruženja. Konačno, za implementaciju Podsustava korištene su Visual Basic skripte. Testiranje implementiranog rješenja pokazalo je prihvatljive performanse. U budućnosti, zbog osobine skalabilnosti SVG-a, moguće je ovo rješenje primijeniti za obavješćivanje preko mobilnih uređaja.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of the thesis is the development of the Alarm Reporting Subsystem for the River Information System that includes solutions for river navigation surveillance at the Danube River in Croatia. The Subsystem has to enable real-time automatic reporting about the status of river navigation devices at the data-gathering server in cases of alarm and regular control. Produced reports should also be available to various users on the Web. The included devices are floats, buoys, electronic displays and water gauges. Described solution involves the application of Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) technologies for reporting using interactive map. Requirements, additionally determined with the use of SVG map, were analyzed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams. The developed UML model of the Subsystem emphasized specific concepts of the alarming process: the data processing and the direction towards the updated version of SVG data. This model can be useful in cases of future appearance of additional requirements or change of implementation environment. Finally, Visual Basic Scripts were used for the implementation of the Subsystem. The testing of the implemented solution showed acceptable performance. Because of the scalability of SVG, in the future, this solution can be applied for notification on mobile phones.
