Abstract

U radnji je opisana realizacija i simulacija sustava vektorske regulacije asinkronog motora. Razvijene su metode identifikacije parametara asinkronog motora upotrebom sustava vektorske regulacije. Putem simulacije sustava na računalu razvijena je i ispitana metoda sinteze parametara regulatora.
Sustav vektorske regulacije je izveden u koordinatnom sustavu toka rotora. Energetski krug se sastoji od ispravljača, istosmjernog međukruga i IGBT izmjenjivača. Za svaki dio sustava vektorske regulacije (asinkroni motor, izmjenjivač upravljan impulsno širinski moduliranim signalima, regulatori, estimator toka rotora i sustav povratnih veza), napravljen je matematički model. Spajanjem pojedinih modela dobiven je jedinstveni model vektorski reguliranog elektromotornog pogona.
Asinkroni motor je opisan u rotorskom koordinatnom sustavu. Model motora uzima u obzir zasićenje u magnetskom krugu.
Izmjenjivač s impulsno širinskom modulacijom je modeliran digitalnim članom kašnjenja napona za jedan ciklus modulacije. U sustavu regulacije brzine vrtnje, svi regulatori su proporcionalno integralnog tipa. Estimator toka rotora je izveden u rotorskom koordinatnom sustavu.
Filteri u povratnim vezama su opisani u modelu bilinearnom transformacijom. Modeliran je sklop koji obavlja pretvorbu signala sa mjernog člana položaja rotora u digitalni signal. Na temelju tih matematičkih modela izvedena je simulacija sustava u programskom jeziku Borland C++.
Snimljeno je i simulirano djelovanje sustava vektorske regulacije u uvjetima zaleta, reverziranja, kočenja sa teretom i bez tereta i u uvjetima udarnog opterećenja i rasterećenja motora. Simulacijama dobiveni odzivi u ovim režimima rada se vrlo dobro podudaraju sa snimljenim odzivima.
Model sustava na računalu je iskorišten za sintezu parametara regulatora. Sinteza je obavljena primjenom IAE i ISE kriterije kvalitete odziva. Odzivi dobiveni na ovaj način uspoređeni su sa odzivima uz parametre dobive tehničkim i simetričnim optimumom. Bolji rezultati su dobiveni sintezom parametara na računalu.
Razvijene su metode za određivanje svih parametara modela motora na sobnoj temperaturi korištenjem sustava vektorske regulacije. Također je razvijen i ispitan algoritam identifikacije otpora rotora u stvarnom vremenu. Verifikacija modela motora u uvjetima vektorske regulacije, kao i u uvjetima zaleta motora uz sinusni napon, pokazuju ispravnost metode za određivanje parametara asinkronog motora korištenjem sustava vektorske regulacije.

Abstract (english)

This thesis describes a realisation and simulation of the vector controlled induction machine drive system. Methods for the induction machine parameters identification are developed by using a vector-control system. Controllers' parameters synthesis method is developed and tested by using a computer simulation
A vector-controlled induction machine drive system is developed in the magnetizing-fluxoriented reference frame. A power stage consists of a rectifier, an intermediate circuit and IGBT inverter. Mathematical models are developed for every part of the vector controlled induction machine drive system (induction machine, PWM inverter, controllers, block for rotor flux vector estimation and feedback system). By connecting these models, a common model of vector controlled induction machine drive system is developed.
An induction machine model is developed in the rotor reference frame. The saturation is considered in induction machine model.
A model of PWM inverter consists of a digital delay block. The delay is one cycle of pulse width modulation.
In the machine speed control system, all controllers has PI characteristics. The block for rotor flux vector estimation is developed in the rotor reference frame.
Feedback filters are described in the model with bilinear transformation. A model of the resolver to digital unit is developed. This unit transforms resolver signal to digital information.
Upon this mathematical models of the vector controlled induction machine drive, simulation is developed by using Borland C++ programming language.
Experimental and simulation tests were made in conditions of stepwise change in speed reference and stepwise change of load condition. Simulation results match experimental results in a high degree.
A system computer model is used for the controllers' parameters synthesis which is developed by using absolute error integral and square error integral methods. Results delivered with this method are compared with the standard synthesis method. The computer synthesis gives better results.
Induction machine parameter identification methods are developed by using the system for vector control. An on-line rotor resistance identification method is also developed. The induction machine model verification in conditions of vector control and with sinewave voltage source show that the parameters identification by using the vector control system methods are correct.
